Flat roof construction and repair

An old and rotten flat roof given the MEC magic.
Damaged joists inspected and replaced as necessary and then new decking added.

The old extension was a little gloomy so we added a roof light.

 

Plastering and making good internal finishes ready for final decoration.

The finished job:  neat, secure, weather-tight.  No fuss; no mess.
